Overview

As a Software Support Engineer at QUALCO, you will provide high-quality support and solutions to clients in the financial sector, working closely with various teams to enhance customer experience.

In Short

• Understand clients’ installations and processes.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build tools/queries to fulfill customer service requests.
• Investigate and identify root causes of customer incidents.
• Perform service restoration actions when possible.
• Participate in Problem Management processes.
• Provide second-level support for Qualco software services.
• Develop/Update internal Monitoring Tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
