Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (German Speaker) to join our Business Application Consulting Services team. Our goal is to ensure the optimal delivery of Qualco software products, aiming to maximise the value that our clients get from our products and bring measurable improvements to their business performance.

In Short

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client requirements.
• Define configuration specifications and communicate requirements to clients.
• Plan and deliver Key/End User training sessions.
• Monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support.
• Provide post-production support for seamless transition.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Communicate client insights to the product team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with software solutions in a consulting environment.
• Ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance.
