Business Analyst (German Speaker) - Remote

We are looking for a Business Analyst (German Speaker) to join our Business Application Consulting Services team. Our goal is to ensure the optimal delivery of Qualco software products, aiming to maximise the value that our clients get from our products and bring measurable improvements to their business performance.

In Short

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client requirements and align their business processes with Qualco software solutions;
• Define configuration specifications and communicate requirements and solutions to clients clearly and effectively;
• Plan, prepare and deliver Key/End User training sessions to ensure smooth client onboarding;
• Plan, prepare and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT), offering support to clients during execution and selectively executing business scenarios where necessary;
• Provide post-production support to ensure a seamless transition to Service Management after project go-live;
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to all project stakeholders throughout all stages of the project;
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, working closely to maximise satisfaction with Qualco services and solutions;
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues and deliver enhanced value to clients;
• Communicate key client insights and findings to the product team to support the evolution of Qualco software solutions;
• Ensure that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis;
• Fluency in German and English;
• Experience in client-facing roles;
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly;
• Experience with software solutions in a consulting environment;
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector;
