Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 360 Talent Partner (TA and BD) to join our team. You will be responsible for being our key strategic Talent Partner to acquire new clients accounts and close their jobs in your local country. And most importantly, you will contribute to the growth of the business through effective delivery.

In Short

  • Responsible for client's full-life cycle partnered in our Recruitment/Headhunting Services
  • Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases
  • Connect with domestic and global companies to introduce Qode's Recruitment Services
  • Responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close
  • Achieve quota targets in contract numbers and job placements revenue
  • Drive Recruitment services adoption to help clients find suitable services
  • Develop understanding of clients’ hiring needs and manage hiring pipeline
  • Ensure Customer Retention by managing hiring pipeline and placing candidates
  • Initiate plans for soft-selling, upselling, and cross-selling activities
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Digital Communications/Business/IT
  • At least 2 years of experience as Recruitment Consultant/Account Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Great presentation skills and exception handling
  • Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and social media
  • Experience in cold calls, cold emails, CRM tools
  • Experience in hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
  • Data-driven in decision making and self-motivation
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and commit to targets
