Overview

As a Recruiting & HR Generalist DACH (m/f/d), you will identify and attract suitable talents for our teams in the German-speaking region. You will utilize modern tools effectively, develop creative outreach strategies, and guide candidates through the entire hiring process. Additionally, you will support our HR admin team in managing employees in Austria and Switzerland.

In Short

• Identify suitable talents and develop creative outreach strategies.
• Act as the first contact for talents and manage recruiting platforms.
• Assist in the pre-selection of applications and coordinate interviews.
• Continuously optimize active sourcing methods and contribute ideas to improve recruiting strategies.
• Support in creating offers and contract documents.
• Provide HR support and administrative tasks for employees in Austria and Switzerland.
• Collaborate with the MarCom team to develop content for employer branding campaigns.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruiting or active sourcing.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of labor and tax law.
• Strong initiative and ability to focus on results.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Fluency in German (C1 level).
