In Short

• Lead the frontend platform and UI architecture for Qdrant Cloud.
• Design and own the frontend architecture focusing on modularity, scalability, and performance.
• Build and maintain a shared component library/design system in React + TypeScript.
• Implement complex features in React with modern tooling.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize APIs for UI needs.
• Mentor frontend developers and enforce coding standards.
• Own parts of the frontend delivery pipeline including CI/CD and performance monitoring.
• Drive technical decision-making around frontend architecture.
• Engage in open-source development.
• Fully remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.
• Deep expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of web platform fundamentals.
• Experience with backend technologies (Python or Node.js).
• Proven track record in designing frontend architectures and component libraries.
• Familiarity with the frontend ecosystem: testing, linting, bundling.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Experience in providing technical leadership or mentoring.
