Lead Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Senior Platform Engineer at Benepass, you will spearhead our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps/Infrastructure, and Platform functions, owning the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our core systems.

In Short

Requirements

• 5+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
• 2+ years leading initiatives in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver multi-system infrastructure.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving team processes.
• Track record of managing infrastructure SDLC and delivering solutions.
