Join an innovative team at the intersection of healthcare and advanced technology as a Lead Platform Engineer in the Productivity & Cloud team, where you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

In Short

• Enhance developer experience by improving processes across the development lifecycle.
• Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline for streamlined software delivery.
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions for Kubernetes and AWS.
• Address support requests related to application platform and cloud infrastructure.
• Resolve bottlenecks in engineering productivity.
• Develop self-service tools and automation scripts for engineers.
• Work with the Security team to enforce application and infrastructure security.
• Lead and mentor engineers in the Productivity & Cloud team.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Linux operations and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD build systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS services.
• Experience with cloud networking and traffic management.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code development.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
