Overview

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the foundations of our people operations function. This position focuses on data-driven HR processes, compliance, and scalable operations within a growing, international tech environment.

• Own and standardize end-to-end HR processes across several countries.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR Operations or HR analytics.
• Strong data and analytical skills; advanced Excel abilities.
• Experience with multi-country payroll preparation.
• Comfort working without an existing HRIS.
• Strong process-orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workflows across multiple jurisdictions.
• The ability to turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in Talent sourcing is a plus.
