Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in fraud, compliance, or abuse in relevant fields.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to collaborate and troubleshoot.
• Good time management skills under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of APIs and telecommunications is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
