Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or startup leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with technical topics like AI and databases.
