UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

QAD Redzone is changing an industry with a people-based approach to continuous improvement. Our products quickly boost productivity and morale by addressing plant-specific production issues that affect production, quality, and maintenance teams. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our critical applications across iOS and Web platforms, specifically tailored for the unique demands of a manufacturing environment.

In Short

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces adhering to design principles.
• Contribute to and maintain a UI component library/design system in Figma.
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma for testing design concepts.
• Design and adapt user experiences for native iOS applications and responsive web platforms.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Embrace an iterative design process, gathering feedback and refining designs.
• Fluent English is required for collaboration with international teams.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across iOS and Web platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Ability to work on both loose concepts and narrowly defined features.
• Experience designing for industrial applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards is a bonus.
