Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer at QAD, you will work within a development team to build and enhance software products while ensuring quality through agile practices.

• Analyze, develop, enhance and maintain QAD software applications and tools.
• Participate in the creation and execution of various tests.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure sound development and implementation.
• Provide service and support to customers and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
• Development skills in Java, C#, C++, and OOP.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and RDBMS.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Understanding of client-server and API architecture.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Familiarity with software source control.
• Preferred knowledge of build tools like Jenkins or Maven.
