Operational Excellence Readiness Coach-Bilingual - Remote

Overview

The Operational Excellence Readiness Coach is responsible for providing coaching and implementation guidance to QAD Redzone customers, ensuring they are prepared for the Connected Teams Coaching process during the initial phase of implementation.

• Full-time, remote position with required travel.
• Coaching customers for readiness in the Connected Teams Coaching.
• Onsite visits at the end of the project management phase.
• Initial software training for clients and internal teams.
• Configuration of QAD Redzone software for client production processes.
• Monitoring and quality control of manufacturing data.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in food and beverage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• BA or BS in relevant fields preferred.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Ability to manage multiple demands effectively.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with PLC is a plus.
• One year of hands-on manufacturing experience.
