In Short

  • Support the EMEA Business Development & Client Services team in London and Europe.
  • Develop, coordinate and distribute recurring client reports.
  • Collect information and respond to client requests.
  • Provide compliance-approved marketing and sales materials.
  • Act as an internal point of contact for client communications.
  • Update and maintain information in Salesforce.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms.
  • Process team expenses in Expensify.
  • Prepare marketing materials and manage calendars.

Requirements

  • College Degree (preferred) or relevant financial services experience.
  • 1+ years of client reporting or client services experience is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of the asset investment management industry is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with extensive data and charts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and on-site Monday-Thursday.
