• Maintain databases for RFPs and client support requests.
• Ensure timely updates and organization within the RFP management system.
• Coordinate with team members for proposal writing and reporting.
• Complete recurring client reporting and ad hoc requests.
• Support business development and marketing operations with projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of investments and financial products preferred.
• Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
