Overview

As the Marketing Lifecycle Automation Manager, you will architect, execute, and continuously optimize automated programs across the entire customer journey - from lead acquisition to customer retention and expansion. You will design, implement, and refine marketing automation workflows that nurture leads, engage customers, and support lifecycle growth.

In Short

  • Manage technical configuration, data hygiene, workflow logic, custom properties, and user permissions in HubSpot.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimise HubSpot workflows.
  • Build, test, and optimize HubSpot landing pages and forms.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to refine lead scoring and routing.
  • Monitor automation and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and IT to maintain seamless integrations.
  • Empower the marketing team with ongoing guidance and best practices.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows and processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in marketing automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or operations.
  • Expert-level experience in HubSpot.
  • Experience managing connected GTM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of lead scoring and lifecycle management.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communicator with project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Comfortable with emerging AI tools and automation enhancements.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
