In Short

• Initiates calls to physicians using a prepared selling strategy.
• Promotes physician’s participation in syndicated, ongoing panels.
• Initiates follow-up calls with panels to achieve maximum rate of return.
• Receives and processes all incoming calls from the panel.
• Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents.
• Administers electronic data capture strategies.
• Educates and motivates data suppliers to comply with study guidelines.
• Investigates, resolves and processes panel incentives.
• May work cross-functionally with coding team to resolve data quality issues.
• Provides recruiting/interviewing support for special projects.

Requirements

• Swedish Native; comfortable speaking with Danish and Norwegian physicians.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valuable experience in Medical Market Research.
• Proficient in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PP).
• Good persuasive oral communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
