Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5–7 years of employment law litigation experience (law firm background preferred).
• Active bar license in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO.
• Strong writing and case management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with EPLI matters is a plus.
