Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited institution and active state bar license.
• 7+ years of employment and/or contract litigation experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to develop pragmatic legal solutions.
• Experience in managing complex legal matters.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional projects.
• Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborative team player with business acumen.
• Ability to oversee discovery processes effectively.
• No supervisory duties required.
