OEM Program Specialist - Remote

Overview

The OEM Program Specialist is responsible for administrative support and internal coordination of our large automotive brand (OEM) initiatives across a variety of teams. This individual will quickly gain a deep understanding of our processes from new client set-up to digital advertising performance and will play a huge part in building out and regularly delivering reports related to billing and performance data.

In Short

• Input automotive client (OEM) Salesforce cases including budget changes, new subscriptions, enrollments, and cancellations.
• Track the full lifecycle execution of high-priority OEM tasks and new client launches.
• Use Google Sheets/Excel and Salesforce to pull data sets and reports.
• Follow up on OEM program-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly billing processes and gathering accurate billing data.

Requirements

• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reporting is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to track project tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
• Positive, initiative-driven attitude.
