Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable programmatic and DSP training lead to design and deliver client-facing education across the programmatic ecosystem and PulsePoint DSP. This hybrid role will combine curriculum development with in-person and virtual training delivery, enabling both new and existing clients to fully leverage our platform for health/pharma campaigns.

In Short

  • Develop and own the PulsePoint DSP curriculum for both internal and external audiences
  • Build and launch role-based training modules covering programmatic fundamentals, LIFE Activation, and healthcare & pharma specific topics
  • Lead training sessions, webinars, and client roadshows, both virtually and in-person
  • Partner with Platform, Product, and AM teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of training content
  • Design certification programs to validate client and partner proficiency on PulsePoint’s platform
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial Strategy to ensure pull-through of release content into enablement material
  • Design a measurement method for training impact through participant feedback, knowledge checks, and adoption metrics
  • Experience with LMS platforms and certification tools is a plus

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in a DSP agency, or training/enablement role
  • Deep understanding of campaign activation workflows and trading logic
  • Strong grasp of healthcare/pharma programmatic advertising and Life data application
  • Demonstrated experience building training or onboarding content
  • Confident presenter with experience leading training in group settings (remote and live)
  • Self-starter with project management skills and high attention to detail
