Overview

PulsePoint is seeking talented Account Managers to manage client relationships and oversee programmatic campaigns in the healthcare technology sector.

In Short

  • Own the relationship between PulsePoint and clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale client requests.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Lead client calls and business reviews.
  • Coordinate monthly billing with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Ensure successful delivery of reporting to clients.
  • Experience in digital account management is crucial.
  • Work hours are 9am-6pm EST.
  • Open to hybrid or fully remote work options.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role in Account Management or Media Planning.
  • BA/BS in Business or a related field.
  • Understanding of media planning and success metrics.
  • Experience in an interactive agency or consulting is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data for optimal results.
  • Understanding of the programmatic market preferred.
