Overview

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will build and manage the retention engine for two high-growth, better-for-you consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, creating best-in-class lifecycle marketing strategies.

In Short

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for two brands.
  • Manage email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription marketing.
  • Execute campaigns and build automated marketing flows.
  • Analyze data to drive retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Oversee the tech stack including Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Build internal automations to streamline processes.
  • Document processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment focused on results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle/retention marketing.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or related field.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in DTC or CPG is preferred.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
