Own and manage hybrid and cloud-agnostic environments (AWS, GCP, and on-prem).
Drive operational excellence by improving task flows and aligning stakeholders.
Be the Single Point of Contact for operational requests.
Execute hands-on technical work including system monitoring and performance tuning.
Implement and refine processes for predictable and scalable operations.
Contribute to strategic improvements for scalable architecture.
Balance quick execution with long-term improvement of infrastructure.

Requirements

4-5+ years of technical experience in system administration or SaaS operations.
Deep understanding of system internals - OS, networks, architecture, and debugging.
Proven experience managing cloud-agnostic environments (AWS, GCP).
Hands-on experience with DBA and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Strong project management skills to keep execution on track.
Process-driven mindset focused on predictability and continuous improvement.
Ability to work autonomously and communicate across distributed teams.
