• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across Latam and North America.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and networking.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies.
• Assist managers with performance reviews and HR-related processes.
• Oversee HR compliance and support audits.
• Support employee development programs.
• Drive engagement initiatives and monitor employee retention trends.
• Organize team-building activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organizational skills.

• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
