Overview

The Talent Partner will collaborate with business leaders to enhance workforce strategies and employee experiences, focusing on the Clinical organization.

• Partner with Clinical leaders for talent and workforce planning.
• Build infrastructure for employee experience processes.
• Provide support for employee relations and issue resolution.
• Assess and recommend leadership and employee development solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Analytics to interpret workforce data.
• Support leave programs and accommodations for client teams.
• Design and implement core HR systems and projects.
• Advocate for company values and culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive matters.
• Travel required at least once per quarter.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience with remote workforce support.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Understanding of various employment types.
• Strategic and empathetic thinking skills.
• Strong collaboration and coaching abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy.
• Initiative in a high-demand environment.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
