Requirements

• Experience in a People and Culture generalist role.

• Familiarity with HR tech and systems.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Exposure to agile methodologies or Atlassian tools is a plus.
• Experience in facilitating workshops or learning programs.
• Ability to use people data for decision-making.
