Senior DevSecOps IT Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to support the "Service Layer Platform" project (IT API) for a leading bank. This initiative aims to establish uniform guidelines, processes, and technologies for the development and operation of API services, ensuring consistent service quality and high release capability, allowing for faster and more efficient implementation of new services.

In Short

• Lead and collaborate on DevSecOps standards for building services (API lifecycle, development standards).
• Develop support concepts, LuP concepts, and monitoring in the DevSecOps context.
• Co-develop automated testing concepts in the development environment.
• Coordinate all involved teams and stakeholders.
• Deep IT knowledge in Kafka.
• In-depth technical and conceptual knowledge in DevSecOps topics.
• Experience in developing API lifecycle processes and development standards.
• Knowledge in support concepts for APIs (API LuP concepts, monitoring).
• Completed studies in computer science or business informatics.
• Extensive experience in IT project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA, Prince2) is desirable.
• Solid knowledge in DevSecOps (integration of security practices in DevOps).
• Fluent German skills (documentation and training in German).
• On-site work: at least 3 times a week in St. Gallen, 1-2 times at Zurich Airport Circle, 1-2 days home office.

• Must have experience in DevSecOps and API development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluency in German.
