Senior IT Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale business systems projects, particularly Oracle Fusion.
• Maintain strong communication with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Work closely with business leaders across departments to understand business needs.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and changes in project scope.
• Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for timely delivery of services.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
• Continuously evaluate project management processes for operational efficiencies.
• Ensure rigorous governance and project documentation standards are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, managing ERP projects.
• In-depth experience managing business systems projects in regulated industries.
• Proven experience leading complex Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance requirements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
