• Lead and manage multiple IT Projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline and budget
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation and risk management
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional Teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation
• Communicate project status, updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• 7 + years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and software deployment projects
• Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion
• Experience in Team supervision
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
• Strong time management and organizational ability
