We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a max term contract working full time hours based in Brisbane with WFH and travel. Start now!

In Short

• Execute developed recruitment strategies to attract and secure Chefs at all levels to work in remote accommodation villages throughout regional Queensland.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Utilise various recruitment channels including professional networks, industry events, social media, advertising, assessment centres and employee referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting Chefs / Catering teams.
• Highly resilient and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational & time management skills.
• An understanding of recruitment processes, tools and best practices.
• Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
