Architecture Student for Business Development - Construction Applications and Land Research - Remote

Overview

We are looking for committed architecture students to support our team in researching suitable land, processing and creating construction applications for real estate projects and large battery storage.

In Short

• Research and evaluate suitable building sites based on urban, legal, and technical criteria.
• Create and process construction applications considering relevant planning and building regulations.
• Prepare scaled and readable plans and compile all necessary documents for submission to the relevant authorities.
• Support in preparing exceptions and exemptions along with associated notices and fee calculations.
• Collaborate with specialists and coordinate the necessary evidence for building applications.
• Research and document current projects in the field of large battery storage and their approval requirements.
• Assist in communication with authorities, clients, and other project participants.
• Contribute to consulting on design and construction issues within specific construction projects.

Requirements

• Ongoing architecture studies (at least 3rd semester) or comparable program.
• Basic knowledge of building planning and construction law.
• Proficient use of CAD programs and MS Office.
• Interest in sustainable energy solutions, large battery storage, and land development.
• Independent, structured, and careful working style.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and commitment.
