In Short

• Provide Compensation Program Review Support Consulting services for the Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site.
• Conduct periodic compensation system reviews in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Evaluate prime contractor compensation programs to ensure they attract and retain competent employees.
• Perform remote document reviews and onsite evaluations.
• Review compensation philosophy, job worth hierarchy, and performance linkages.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate compensation programs effectively to employees.
• Submit weekly reports on work accomplished and deliverable progress.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and comply with site-specific safety and security requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required for site visits and meetings.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience in human resources and compensation.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM, IFEBP, WorldatWork).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to identify conflicts of interest with Hanford Site contractors.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
