Sentara Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Analytics Consultant to join our Healthcare value Analytics team! The role supports executive leadership and cross-functional teams within our enterprise-wide analytic community.

In Short

• Support executive leadership by developing strategic dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, marketing, and branding teams for high-impact analytics.
• Lead data integration initiatives using SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze survey data and contribute to operational analytics.
• Present findings to C-suite leadership with actionable insights.
• Participate in an Agile environment, iterating on project needs.
• Contribute to enterprise-level data governance and best practices.
• Healthcare analytics experience is required.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's level Degree required.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with advanced query-writing skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for visualization.
• Experience in survey analytics and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Databricks preferred.
• Exposure to clinical systems across various care settings is a plus.
• Understanding of business concepts in finance and healthcare operations.
