Join our compassionate Enteral team as a Patient Care Coordinator and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to patients requiring enteral nutrition services. In this vital position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, facilitating a smooth admissions process and ensuring that patient care starts on a positive and professional note.

In Short

• Full-time position with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
• Work 40 hours per week with flexible schedules from 8:30am-6:00pm EST
• Be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers
• Process new patient orders and re-orders
• Perform insurance and benefit verification
• Onboard new patients by hospital discharge or company transition
• Provide resupply orders to patients
• Receive and review patient records
• Facilitate a smooth admissions process
• Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives

Requirements

• Experience with insurance payers preferred
• Experience with patient admissions in a similar referral source-based practice setting
• Customer service experience in a Home Medical Equipment company strongly preferred
• Previous experience working with enteral therapy patients highly desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using enterprise systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Team player with a compassionate approach
