Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

PromptCare is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the respiratory department. The ideal candidate will oversee billing and collections for assigned third-party payors, ensuring timely and accurate submission, follow-up, and resolution of all issues.

In Short

• Full-Time position, 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday with a Hybrid Schedule
• Job Location: Hybrid (King of Prussia or New Providence, NJ area)
• 2 days in the office/3 days working from home
• Potentially fully remote for the right candidate

• Collaborate with the team to improve performance and revenue collections

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• DME, Medical Reimbursement and Brightree experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
