Overview

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing operations at Prompt, ensuring effective lead-to-revenue pipelines and optimizing marketing efforts through data-driven strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations to build and maintain the full lead-to-revenue pipeline in HubSpot.
• Lead the design and implementation of MQL and SQL definitions.
• Build and maintain attribution reporting to track campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to align on business needs.
• Present reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Build custom workflows and automations in HubSpot.
• Manage integrations across marketing and sales tools.
• Stay updated with the latest capabilities in analytics and marketing tools.
• Evaluate and implement new martech and AI tools.
• Own marketing reporting across the funnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations with HubSpot.
• Experience with AI tools for marketing automation.
• Proven experience managing marketing-to-sales workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and lead attribution modeling.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Certifications in HubSpot and Google Analytics are preferred.
