Our client is seeking a talented Sourcing Campaign Specialist to manage candidate messaging across all outbound and email channels. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, marketing, and automation, helping to craft and optimize campaigns that attract exceptional candidates and move them through the application process.

• Craft and manage campaign messaging across various platforms.

• Coordinate UTM tagging and performance reporting.
