• Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within 12 months.
• Strong technical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills.
• Highly organized and dependable with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.
