Overview

We’re looking to hire a Part-Time B2B Social Media Associate who can comfortably talk through SaaS, venture capital, sales software, and marketing software.

In Short

• Own & execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Manage daily posting for the company page and support executive brand-building efforts.
• Engage with prospects & industry leaders in comments and discussions.
• Repurpose blog content into engaging social media posts.
• Coordinate with the content & design team to create visuals.
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions.
• Track key social KPIs and optimize based on insights.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify content.
• Stay on top of trends and platform updates.
• Experiment with new formats and build our Reddit presence.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing B2B social media accounts.
• Strong writing skills for posts and comments.
• Deep understanding of social media trends and engagement tactics.
• Experience repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form content.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance.
• Experience engaging in industry conversations.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.
• Fast communicator.
