At Project Growth, we're expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Mid Level Recruiter to help us find talented individuals for key roles. This remote position allows you to contribute your expertise to our growing team from anywhere in the world.

In Short

• Screen and assess candidates using ATS.
• Conduct discovery calls to evaluate qualifications.
• Manage the recruitment process from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and presentations.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the process.
• Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for marketing and tech roles.
• Strong organizational skills for managing the recruitment life cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with remote recruitment best practices.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Native-level English proficiency is required.
• Video applications are mandatory.
