Overview

We’re looking to hire someone on our internal team to help grow our candidate-facing brand, Project Growth. This person will be a dynamic and creative individual responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple platforms.

In Short

• Develop and manage social media campaigns
• Coordinate the launch of our new website
• Create diverse content (static, video, and written)
• Engage with the community and manage interactions
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics
• Stay updated on social trends and platform changes
• Work with the design and creative teams
• Schedule and post content across various social platforms
• Oversee content control through social listening
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish SOPs for content creation

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing
• Great at project management
• Proficient in social media strategy
• Basic experience with metric/data tracking
• Basic skills in creating static images and infographics
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong copywriting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bonus: Knowledge or experience in the recruitment industry
