Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our international team! If you have a passion for copywriting, campaign execution, and digital marketing, this is the role for you. You'll play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns for a portfolio of award-winning websites and magazines across Australia and the UK.

In Short

  • Execute survey campaigns and drive multi-platform client engagement campaigns.
  • Write compelling marketing copy for ads, emails, and newsletters.
  • Manage eDM and newsletter set up and scheduling for print titles in both regions.
  • Develop and support branding and communications strategies.
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and editorial teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Oversee social media and website content coordination to boost engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing B2B marketing, ideally in publishing, media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and content coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in niche B2B marketing.
  • Willingness to work mid-shift, from 2 PM to 11 PM.
