Accounting Contractor - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Contractor will support the Accounting team and sales process, focusing on invoicing, month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.

In Short

• Support billing process and invoicing clients.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation workbook.
• Assist in weekly cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial reporting and consolidation.
• Support annual financial audit.
• Perform variance analysis of financial statements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of GAAP Accounting experience required.
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.
• Working knowledge of Hubspot preferred.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to learn organizational software systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple objectives.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
