Pregnancy Care Expert (Midwife/Nurse/Doula) - Part-Time - Remote

This position is currently offered as a part-time role based in Berlin; however, we are also open to full-time arrangements. We’re Progyny Global, part of the Progyny Inc family. Our mission? To make fertility, pregnancy, and family-forming care accessible everywhere. As part of our expansion into pregnancy support, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and clinically experienced Pregnancy Care Expert to guide members and support our team with world-class care.

In Short

• Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members on fertility, pregnancy, and menopause topics.
• Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider.
• Address member inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Conduct research on country-specific legislation related to fertility.
• Audit and support the creation of pregnancy care content.
• Help train and mentor Member Care Experts.
• Update platform knowledge databases with healthcare practices.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a compassionate approach.
• Adaptability and a quick learner in new topics.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in support roles.
• Certified midwife or registered fertility nurse.
• Experience in virtual care and digital health.
