In Short

• Interpret business needs and product strategy for the Sales Journey Quote to Invoice development.
• Provide clear requirements for the Quote to Invoice SAFe Agile scrum team.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to understand business needs and user pain points.
• Act as the voice of the user to the scrum team and draft strategic objectives.
• Drive strategic objectives through the prioritized backlog.
• Ensure a backlog of well-defined Epics is ready for the scrum team.
• Own the product backlog of user stories for the SAFe Agile team.
• Assist in producing Program Increment System Demos.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance best practices.
• Lead change management efforts for new solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years as a Product Owner in a Salesforce ecosystem.
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ solutions and Quote to Invoice value stream.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in Salesforce and SAFe Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Process-oriented with a focus on optimization.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
