Overview

As a Financial Analyst II at Progress, you will leverage your analytical skills to support the growth of the OPEX Finance Business Partner team, providing insights for smart business decisions and financial analysis.

In Short

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for OPEX.
• Partner with business unit leaders as a subject matter expert.
• Track headcount and manage expense models.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and operating review meetings.
• Prepare expense accruals and perform variance analysis.
• Work with large datasets and financial models.
• Ensure conformance to corporate policies, GAAP Accounting, and Ethics.
• Support M&A-related activities within the business unit.
• Collaborate with the Finance Partner team for business unit management.
• Develop and distribute key operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in finance.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with management.

• Experience in a multi-national business environment is a plus.
