Overview

The Senior Artist & Campaign Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing collaborations between artists and brands, guiding artists at events, negotiating contracts, and developing individual career plans.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in artist management or campaign management.
• Deep understanding of the social media or entertainment market.
• Excellent negotiation skills for contracts and partnerships.
• Ability to develop innovative ideas while focusing on long-term goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
