Content Strategist - Remote

Overview

As a Content Strategist, you will act as the interface between our Artists and Campaign Managers, supporting the team in continuously developing content strategies for influencers and ensuring that the content is always relevant, current, and impactful.

In Short

• Develop and optimize content strategies for influencers in close collaboration with Artist & Campaign Managers.
• Regularly participate in weekly updates with influencers and the team to review strategies, provide feedback, and propose new ideas.
• Create and present a regular trend report with current social media trends, viral hypes, content formats, and creative ideas as inspiration for our artists.
• Analyze and evaluate published content in terms of performance, quality, and brand fit.
• Proactively research current social media trends, viral hypes, and innovative content formats.
• Develop content recommendations and presentations to help artists creatively advance their presence.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all campaign content is consistent and effective.

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in content, social media, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Very good sense of social media trends, pop culture, and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Structured and independent working style, combined with creativity and team spirit.
• Very good English skills (additional languages are a plus).
